MAHALO ALEWORKS IS PROUD TO OFFER a world-class INDOOR PRIVATE EVENT space with TWO DIFFERENT rooms available. EACH space includes AMAZING VIEWS with PRIVATE BALCONIES and varied furnishing options.

Our Upstairs Tasting Room and Lounge may be rented for private functions, and can accommodate up to 90 guests in total. Each private room option has a specific venue rental fee depending on the day of the week. In addition there is a minimum beverage spend that includes beer, wine or any of our excellent non-alcoholic beverages (plus snack foods like chips, mac nuts, cookies etc.). The minimum spend also changes depending on the time of the party as indicated below.

Food may be purchased from Restaurant Marlow next door or from Upcountry Sausage Co. (on our lanai) and is separate from the minimum beverage spend. We can help coordinate the food service on the day of your event, but food needs to be arranged ahead of time with Restaurant Marlow and/or Upcountry Sausage Co. directly. Outside catering may be utilized, but they are responsible for all food set-up and clean-up.

In addition, each venue option has a maximum guest capacity. You may of course rent the space with fewer guests, but the rental fee and minimum spend for the space still applies.

MAHALO ALEWORKS TASTING ROOM -

Maximum party size of 30 - Exclusive use of our upstairs tasting room with private bar, modular tables and private lanai with panoramic bi-coastal Ocean views.

Tasting Room Rental Fee - $400 Monday – Thursday / $750 Friday – Saturday / $600 Sunday

2 hours of event time plus 15 mins. before/after for setup/cleanup. Additional hours may be purchased at the pro-rated amount.

  • PLUS the following Minimum Beverage Spends apply for a 2 hour event depending on Day/Time of Day of your event:

    • Monday – Thursday:

      • Events taking place between 10am – 4pm: Minimum spend $400

      • Events taking place between 4pm – 9pm: Minimum spend $600

    • Friday – Saturday:

      • Events taking place between 10am – 4pm: Minimum spend $600

      • Events taking place between 4pm – 9pm: Minimum spend $800

    • Sunday:

      • Events taking place between 10am – 9pm: Minimum spend $600


MAHALO ALEWORKS ENTIRE UPSTAIRS -

Maximum party size of 90 - Exclusive use of above Tasting Room, PLUS the whole Upstairs Lounge featuring tables, sofa seating areas, and two additional private balconies with panoramic views.

Entire Upstairs Rental Fee - $1000 Monday – Thursday / $2,000 Friday - Saturday / $1,500 Sunday

2 hours of event time plus 15 mins. before/after for setup/cleanup. Additional hours may be purchased at the pro-rated amount

  • PLUS the following Minimum Beverage Spends apply for a 2 hour event depending on Day/Time of Day of your event:

    • Monday – Thursday:

      • Events taking place between 10am – 4pm: Minimum spend $1,200

      • Events taking place between 4pm – 9pm: Minimum spend $1,800

    • Friday – Saturday:

      • Events taking place between 10am – 4pm: Minimum spend $1,800

      • Events taking place between 4pm – 9pm: Minimum spend $2,400

    • Sunday:

      • Events taking place between 10am – 9pm: Minimum spend $1,800

Please bear with us as indoor capacity/seating/vaccine rules keep changing on an ongoing basis due to Maui Count COVID rules and regulations. Your event will be subject to whatever rules exist at the time of the event, whereby if indoor capacities are reduced and we are no longer able to hold your group size on your reserved date, you may choose to have a smaller party or we can cancel your event and your deposit will be refunded. Currently, we are able to accommodate the full party sizes below, however ALL guests must comply with the Public Health Emergency Rules effective 11/21/2021 (essentially ALL party guests must be fully vaccinated or have proof of negative COVID test within 48 hours)
