Due to the remarkable biodiversity available to us on Maui, we are constantly striving to develop innovate flavors and think outside the box (or the plastic bag that goes inside of the box?).
One “style” we are working to create is the “Hawaii Weisse”, come drink some and help us make it a “thing”…

HAZY! BRUT! CRISPY! PASTRY! MILKSHAKE! Whatever the current industry chatter may be about, or the “innovative” style du’jour may be, we are probably playing around with it too…. it keeps it interesting (plus some of us need to justify the beards). We may even be making Hard Seltzer at some point for those of you who want it (we won’t name names), it IS kind of warm here a lot of the time after all.
